I’m Rik de Voogd, this is my website and it’s here for those who would like to follow along with me, my cycling stories and my adventures. For those who want to know all about it.

My website is about sharing what I’ve got, whether it’s content or knowledge.

By accessing and purchasing digital goods from my website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy anything.

Ownership and Rights

All digital wallpapers sold on our website are the property of the seller and/or maker and are protected by copyright laws. By purchasing digital goods, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpaper for personal use only.

payment and delivery

Payment for digital goods must be made at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to download the digital good. The download links expire 24 hours after they are issued. If you click the download link after it has expired, you will automatically receive a new email with a new link.

refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods, I will not offer refunds. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

Prohibited Use

You may not resell or redistribute digital goods purchased from my website. Customers may not use my digital goods for commercial purposes or for any illegal or unethical activities. Customers may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works based on my digital goods.

termination

I reserve the right to terminate the license granted to you for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions. In the event of termination, you must immediately delete all copies of digital goods purchased from my website.

Governing and Jurisdiction

You can object to the processing of your data with the legitimate interest of me on a legal basis.

withdrawal and complaints

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly to ensure compliance with the most current version. By continuing to use my website and buying my digital goods, you agree to be bound by the modified terms and conditions.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the seller with respect to the purchase of digital goods from my website. Any additional terms or conditions proposed by you are not valid unless agreed to in writing by me.
