nowadays

It was on Instagram where I discovered a world in which cycling wasn’t necessarily about results or numbers. I got interested right away, started my very own profile, and digitally connected with cyclists from all over the world. These people showed me that adventures, great gear, and having a keen eye for photography, can be a perfect combination whilst riding bikes.

At that point, it then became way easier to ride just for fun. I took my time to look around much more, and I started capturing just to share it on Instagram afterwards…

For me, Instagram is still this place to get inspired, but most importantly, it's this place to connect with like-minded people: Other cyclists from all over the world.

What about followers and likes? Not a goal of mine. They're just numbers; just the cherry on top. I’d rather have meaningful conversations instead of superficial ones. That's what makes it 'social' media to me. It might sound a bit cheesy to say, but Instagram is really enriching my life!
